Rutilated Quartz with Golden Rutile needles, is accentuated by being overlaid on Black Onyx in a doublet fashion. The rutilated quartz is a cabochon cut, rectangular shape, surrounded by a 14Kt yellow gold halo of bead set diamonds which weigh .40ctw. The weight of the rutilated quartz and black onyx is over 11ctw.
